You can dress this bread up or down, and you'll love it either way.
Combine green and red maraschino cherries for a festive holiday
bread, or substitute your favorite dried fruits for a sweet morning
meal with a light crunch. Ray's white bread Scald two cups milk. Add butter to cool. When cooled add sugar, Yeast and salt.
Add one cup flour to make sponge. Add flour to make a soft dough and let rise until doubled.
Grease two bread pans and let dough rise again. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. French bread Add liquid ingredients to the bread pan.
Add dry ingredients (except yeast) to the pan.
Form a well in the dry ingredients to add the yeast.
Set bread machine to French.
