POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. Oreo cookie dessert Add melted margarine to crumbled oreos. Press 3/4 in. into bottom of 9x13 in pan. Drizzle hot fudge on ice cream and peanuts. Put on cool whip.
Everything needs to be pretty melted so it spreads easily. Crumble on top remaining oreo cookie mixture.
