Mrs Librada Rochin's Salsa De Repollo



Ingredients:
1 large Head cabbage; shredded
2 Green chiles; diced
2 Carrots; diced
4 Bay leaves
10 Chiletepins; crushed
6 Ounce(s) French Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup(s) White vinegar
1/2 Cup(s) Vegetable oil
5 Centiliter(s) Garlic, crushed
1 large Onion, diced
Directions: Soak cabbage overnight in water or 90 min in salted water. Drain well. Mix all ingredients. Season to taste. Chill well before serving.
