Ingredients:
2 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 1/2 Cup(s) shortening
2 1/2 Cup(s) sugar
4 Cup(s) flour
2 eggs
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degreesPut the eggs in a cup and add enough milk to equal 2 cupsCombine flour, sugar and shortening. Mix to make crumbs. Set aside handful of the crumbs.Add baking powder, and egg/milk mixture. Beat until smooth.Pour into baking pan and top with crumbs.Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
