3 Cup(s) Graham Cracker Crumbs
3/4 Cup(s) Melted Butter
16 Ounce(s) Crushed Pineapple, drained
4 Cup(s) Powdered Sugar
1 Cup(s) Softened Butter
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
7 Sliced Bananas
2 Cup(s) Whipped Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped Pistachio Nuts
Directions: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 13 x 9x 2 pan. combine sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Beat 12 minutes. Spread over crumbs. Layer bananas and pineapple. Top with whipped cream and nuts. refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
