1 unbaked 8 inch deep dish pie shell
Directions: 1. Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.2. Add grated coconut, evaporated milk, coconut milk/cream, melted butter. Stir mixture together thoroughly and pour into pie shell.3. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 25-30 minutes longer until custard is set and pastry is lightly browned.
