Directions: Combine flour, sugar and baking powder, then add milk, egg and melted margarine. Mix together, press flat into greased cookie sheet, top with frozen or fresh blueberries to cover the dough, and sprinkle with crumbly topping. Bake on 375 F for about 30 minutes.
