honey & leave till yeast becomes foamy. Combine the three flours &
add half to the yeast. Beat with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes. The
consistency should be of t Ray bauer's swedish rye bread (limpa) THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT!
Combine the first 7 ingredients (using FRESH seeds only!) in 1 1/3 cup of
boiling water and soak for 1 hour minimum. (This pre-soaks the cracked
wheat and pre-releases the other flavors.)

undercooked (15 minutes for white rice, 30 minutes for brown). Drain, rinse
with cold water, drain again and set aside. Wash spinach and remove stems.

Rice & cheese casserole Combine all but the last ingredient in a mixing bowl. Pour into a casserole dish coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
