Directions: 1. Heat oven to 475 F.2. Mix flour and salt in medium bowl.3. Cut in shortening (1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon), using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until particles are size of small peas. Sprinkle with cold water (2-3 tablespoons total), 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing with fork until all flour is moistened and pastry almost leaves side of bowl (1 to 2 teaspoons more water can be added if necessary).4. Gather pastry into a ball.Shape into flattened round on lightly floured surface.5. Roll pastry, using floured rolling pin, into circle 2 inches larger than upside-down pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches.6. Fold pastry into fourths; place in pie plate. 7. Unfold and ease into plate, pressing firmly against bottom and side.8. Trim overhanging edge of pastry 1 inch from rim of pie plate.9. Basic red sauce Cover chiles with warm water. Let stand until softened, about 30
minutes; drain. Strain liquid; reserve. Remove stems, seeds and
membranes from chilies. Cook and stir onion and garlic in oil in a
2-quart saucepan until onion is tender. Sti Basic green sauce Cook and stir onions in oil in a 3-quart saucepan until tender. Stir
in remaining ingredients except broth and sour cream. Cover and cook
over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place mixture
in food processor workbowl fitted Short crust pastry In a food processor, place the flour, salt, and sugar and process until combined. Add the butter and process until the mixture resembles coarse meal (about 15 seconds). Pour 1/4 cup (60 ml) water in a slow, steady stream, through the feed tube until the Chocolate cookie crust 1. Crush the cookies, and melt the butter.

Add buttermilk and stir with fork until moist clumps form. Press together to form dough. Divide dough in half Chocolate graham cracker crust Combine 1 1/4 cups fine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 6 tablespoons melted butter or margarine. Mix well until butter, sugar and cocoa are blended. Press firmly into a 9 inch pie pan making sure the mixture reaches the top of the pie pan. Chill Basic grilled tuna steaks Rub the steaks with oil and squeeze half juice on top. Grill for app. 8 minutes on each side and transfer to plate. Squeeze the rest of the juice on top. Serve plain, with melted butter, or garlic mayo if you'd like.
