Ingredients:
3/4 Cup(s) Butter, softened
2/3 Cup(s) Granulated sugar
2/3 Cup(s) Packed brown sugar
2 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Egg
1 Cup(s) Mashed ripe bananas
1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
2 Cup(s) All-purpose flour
6 Ounce(s) Semisweet chocolate
Directions: Grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl beat the butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt; beat until combined. Beat in the egg, bananas, and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in remaining flour. Stir in chocolate peices. Spread in a prepared baking pan. Bake in a 350F degree oven about 25 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
