Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) Whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup(s) White flour
1/2 Cup(s) Barley/wheat nuggets (grape
1/2 Cup(s) worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Whole wheat or rye flour

2 Mashed bananas
Directions: In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients together. In a larger bowl mix all wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean) in a 350 degree oven. This recipe makes about 10 muffins.
