Directions: In a large bowl, combine flour,wheat germ, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. combine the apple, milk and honey, add to dry ingredients just until moistened. Turn onto a floured surfac, knead gently 5-6 times. Gently patt dough into a 9-in. circle, 1/2 in. thick. Combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over dough. Cut into eight wedges and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. |

Apple-pie bread Combine ingredients according to manufacturer's directions. Note: This is a
corrected version of the prior post.
1 Pound:
1 ts active dry yeast 1 ts cinnamon
3 1/2 tb sugar
2 1/4 ts bread flour 1 ts salt 4 ts buttermilk powder or French honey bread Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
Set "baking control" at 12 o'clock. Select "French bread" and push Start.
Notes: Wonderful, slightly sweet French bread with a light, crispy crust.
Sylv Lemon, honey & walnut cheese In a medium bowl and using a wire whisk, beat together the cottage cheese,
honey, lemon juice, zest, and cloves. Stir in the walnuts. Transfer to a
container with a tight-fitting lid. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
The cheese keeps for Maple honey wheat bread DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients in baking pan. Use either RapidBake or
regular whole wheat mode. This recipe is for Panasonic 65P, be sure to

Pete's apple pie bread Mix the flour dough enhancer and cinnamon before adding to bread pan. You
may want to do first knead and then reset and start again for extra
kneading.
I made some changes to this recipe. I used regular salt. I used oil
instead of butter. Pete's delightful delicious apple pie bread OKAY GUYS HERE IT IS: After much hard work from our DEAREST friend PETE
Mix the flour dough enhancer and cinnamon before adding to bread pan. You
may want to do first knead and then reset and start again for extra
kneading.
PETE YOU HAD BET Spicy apple bread Serve with Honey-Peanut Butter Spread
Mix 1 3oz pkg of cream cheese, softened and 2 tb milk until blended. Stir
in 1/4 c crunchy peanut butter and 1 tb honey. Cover and refrigerate any
remaining spread.
