Directions: Prepare pasta according to package directions; two minutes before pasta is done, add asparagus pieces. When pasta and asparagus are done, drain.Place oil, garlic and mushrooms in Wok. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, chutney, toasted sesame seeds, scallions and vinegar. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add shrimp to the sauce and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.Add pasta and asparagus to the Wok, toss and serve. |

Barbeque sauce with beer robert Combine all ingredients, except garlic, in saucepan and simmer 30 minutes
over medium heat. Add minced garlic before using. Baste meat during last
15 minutes of grilling time.

Asparagus & chicken in black bean sauce Marinating: With sharp paring knife, scrape chicken meat from thigh; slice
into thin strips across the grain. (Breast meat is not preferred for this
dish, as meat is too dry and spongy.) Combine sherry, soy, cornstarch and
sugar in bowl; mas Hot sauce b1 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Note: To make hot oil, place a handful of dried red peppers in a
bowl. Pour hot oil over & let sit. This will keep for several weeks.
When needed, use the oil & not the peppers.
Garlic, ginger & Apple butter barbecue sauce For sauce, in a small saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring just to boiling. Brush sauce onto burgers to last 10 mins of grilling. Heat any remaining sauce just til bubbly, serve with burgers. Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce, enough for 1 to 2 lbs of meat. Duck salad with cheese toasts and port-currant sauce Heat heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle duck breast halves
with salt and pepper. Add duck, skin side down, to skillet and cook to
desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium. Remove duck from
heat and let stand 5 minutes.

has a recipe for Papas a la Huancaina that is a dish of boiled potatoes
topped with cheese and a sauce that is probably light green and creamy.
Here's the sauce p Barbeque sauce ala jetton Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 15
minutes. Remove from heat and strain. This is a table sauce
to be served with beef, chicken or pork. Do not cook things
in it.
