Directions: Combine raisins and water in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, andboil about 3 minutes. Cool. Although not an extremely sweet bread, it is very flavorful. The nuts
give it a great crunch, especiall Pumpkin and raisin bread Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Mix the pumpkin, water and butter in glass mixing cup. Microwave on high
for approx. 60 seconds. Test to make sure the liquid is warm to the touch.
Because the pumpkin is very dense, it may have to be Raisin bread DIRECTIONS:
Place ingredients in baking pan except for raisins, cinnamon, water and
dry yeast. Add water on top of dry ingredients. Close lid and place yeast
in dispenser. Bake on regular bake mode.
