All-In-One Salad Bowl



Ingredients:
6 Artichoke hearts
1 Cup(s) Green beans, cooked
1/2 Bermuda onion, thinly sliced
1 Cup(s) Peas, cooked, drained
1/2 Cup(s) Radishes, sliced
2 Cup(s) Salad greens, broken
1 Tomato
3/4 Cup(s) Salad oil
1/4 Cup(s) Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Clove garlic, crushed
1 Egg, hard-cooked
1/4 Cup(s) Mustard pickle
Directions: Place artichoke hearts, green beans, onion, peas, radishes, salad greens and tomato in salad bowl. Toss together lightly. Place the next 8 ingredients in a jar or shaker, blend thoroughly. Pour enough dressing over salad to moisten and toss lightly again. Makes 6 servings.
