Directions: * Use any cut of beef roast desired.1. Cut beef roast into serving-sized portions. Use more beef ifyou need more than 6 servings. Brown beef in a bit of vegetable oil,although you can skip this step if rushed for time.2. Slice onion and separate into rings. Dice the peeled carrots,dice the celery and slice the peppers into thin strips or circles.Place these into bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle the beef pieces withfresh ground black pepper, minced garlic and the onion soup mix.Place on top of the vegetables.3. Mix the steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowlwith about 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Pour this over themeat.4. Turn the crockpot to high for 30 minutes, or, if you're in ahurry, skip this step. Turn to low, cover and cook for 7-9 hours.* Keep the crockpot covered as much as possible throughout cookingtime. A crockpot can be used to cook this type of meal for a variedamount of time, depending on your schedule. It is not important thatyou take the meat and vegetables out at a specific amount of time.One or two hours either way usually makes no difference.When ready to serve, dip meat and vegetables out of pot with aslotted spoon. grain into matchsticks about 2 1/2" long. Halve and core bell pepper; scald pepper halves until color turns brig Crock pot barbecued beef brisket Combine all ingredients except brisket in removable liner. Add brisket
and turn to coat well with barbecue sauce. Marinate 3 to 4 hours, or
overnight in refrigerator. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on auto

paprika, and red pepper. Pour over beef in roasting pan. Bake,
covered, for 4 - 5 hours at 325F degrees. Check if done after Sizzling beef fajitas At least 3 hours before grilling the meat, trim it to remove all fat and
gristle. For skirt steak, use a flat metal pounder to tenderize. {This is
needed because of the short marinading time.} Put the meat in a shallow
glass dish or plastic bag. C Barbecued beef and beans Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Place in slow-cooking pot with barbecue
sauce and bouillon. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Add drained
beans and cook on high 15 to 20 minutes.

Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly.
Serve hot with bread cubes, crackers or chips.

vegetables. Pour in chicken broth. Cover and cook on LOW setting for
