Zucchini-layered meat loaf Prepare the basic meat loaf -- except spread 1/3 of the mixture evenly in an ungreased loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 3-inches. Sprinkle half each of the cheese, zucchini and pimento in layers, spreading the layers to within 1/2 inch of all sides of the pan. Repeat Sicilian meat roll Combine hamburger,eggs, bread crumbs, catsup, parsley, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper; mix well. On large sheet of foil, pat meat mixture into a 12x10 in. rectangle. Arrange ham slices, pepperoni and mushrooms on top. aebleskiver pans, fortunately they are available in fancy cookware shops or
