Tuna and rice creole 1. Heat fat in skillet. Add rice, green pepper, onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes.
2. Drain mixed vegetables.
3. Combine rice with stewed tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to boil, cover and simmer until rice is cooked, about 25 minutes.
4. Stir in Pepper sirloin steak 1. Lightly score edges of steak at 1-inch intervals. Preheat grill or broiler.

Food' Wheat-flavored crust Blend first 4 ingredients in processor. Add chilled butter and cut in using on/off turns until mixture resembles coarse meal. Whisk egg yolk and 3 tablespoons ice water in small bowl to blend. Add egg yolk mixture to processor and blend until moist clumps White beans with tuna salad Soak the white beans overnight to soften. Place in a large pot of water with garlic cloves and onion. Simmer for 1 hour. Remove beans and strain. Mix remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. As an alternative, you can use white cannelloni bean Mustard-sauced potatoes Scrub potatoes thoroughly with a stiff brush. Cut potatoes into halves or
quarters. In a large saucepan cook potatoes in a small amount of boiling,
lightly salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or till tender; drain.
