Directions: 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow dish, add fish, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning fish occasionally. 2. Preheat broiler. Remove fish from dish, discarding marinade. Brush oil over fish, sprinkle with pepper Place fish on broiler pan coated with cooking spray, broil 4 minutes or until medium-rare (do not turn). reduced to a rich savory glaze to coat the pork and chicken.

2. Add cleaned chicken thighs (bones, skin and all), allow to come to a boil again and turn heat down to low.

Tuna noodle casserol Cook noodles according to package. Drain. Put all ingredients together in saucepan and mix. Serve hot!
Deviled tuna bake TUNA: In medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly to combine. Spoon evenly into individual baking dishes. Sprinkle topping over tuna mixture. Run under broiler, six
inches from heat, until crumb mixture browns Tuna and avocado salad Peel eggs and mash real well with a regular dinner fork (more
or less mince them). Peel avocado and squeeze 1/2 lemon on
it to keep from discoloring. Then mash real well with fork.
Mix these two ingredients real well. Drain water from tuna
and mix with 30-min tuna burgers In bowl, lightly beat eggs; mix in bread crumbs, dill, horseradish,
mustard, pepper and salt.
Drain tuna; mix into bowl along with onions and celery. Shape into four
1/2-inch thick patties.

Grilled chicken adobo * There should be 10 breast halves (about 3 1/2 lbs) which should be
boneless and skinless. Place chicken breasts in shallow glass or
plastic dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 h Adobo marinade Puree the marinade ingredients in a food processor.
Yield: 3 cups
Adobo (smoked chile marinade) #1 Toasting the chiles and garlic. Roast the garlic cloves on a griddle or
heavy skillet over medium heat, turning frequently, until blackened in
spots and VERY soft, about 15 minutes. Remove, cool, skin and roughly chop.
While the garlic is roa Adobo (mexican smoked chile marinade) This spicy marinade owes its unusual flavor to the chipotle, a smoked
jalapeno chile. Chipotles are usually sold canned in tomato paste. Look
for them at Mexican and Latin American markets. Adobo marinade goes
particularly well with pork.
