for 15 minutes on full power. Drain off and reserve a cup or two of
liquid. Break up any remaining large chunks of meat.
Add remaining ingredients except tomato paste South seas marinade Mix all ingredients together is a medium size bowl. To use, add poultry
and marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Makes about 1-1/4
