Barley bread Dissolve yeast in warm water & place in large mixing bowl. Stir in
honey & leave till yeast becomes foamy. Combine the three flours &
add half to the yeast. Beat with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes. The
consistency should be of t Ray bauer's swedish rye bread (limpa) THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT!
Combine the first 7 ingredients (using FRESH seeds only!) in 1 1/3 cup of
boiling water and soak for 1 hour minimum. (This pre-soaks the cracked
wheat and pre-releases the other flavors.)
Dump this concoction in Malted rye bread abm Scald milk and let cool to room temperature.
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.

Nutty rice loaf Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Combine ingredients and pack into loaf pan. Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until brown on edges and firm to touch. Cut into slices. Serve hot or at room temperature with a salad. Red lentil loaf Cook lentils in 3 cups water (44-55 minutes on stovetop or 5-9 minutes in
pressure cooker).
Preheat oven to 350 F. Oil a loaf pan and sprinkle sides and bottom with a
tablespoon of oats.
Whisk egg replacer with 2 tablespoon water until ligh Rice nut loaf Combine rice, cheese, eggs, onion, carrots, breadcrumbs, walnuts,

Holiday loaf (helen) Prepare rice (begin with 7/8 cup brown and 1/8 cup wild, uncooked and add
to 2 cups boiling water). I just used my rice cooker and cold water and it
turned out great. Make cashew milk using 1/2 cup cashews blended with 1/2
cup water. Dissolve e Thanksgiving loaf Lightly saute onions in a mixture of water and oil.
Add celery and tomatoes, but only saute very little to soften and stop.
(the celery, if not over-cooked, gives a nice "crunch" to the loaf)
Combine all the ingredients and mix well, Apple-apricot smoothie Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

Pineapple-apricot crush Blend the first two ingredients in a blender container, until the
apricots are pureed. Add the ice cubes 1 at a time until you reach a
slushy consistency. Before making the drink, check the owners manual

until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
addition.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside. Combine

salt just until warm (115 to 120~) and shortening is
almost melted; stir con Oatmeal honey bread Put the oatmeal, honey, salt and butter in a large mixing bowl. Add
