1/2 Quart(s) (1 pint) softened; vanilla ice cream
1/3 miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 almond extract
1 cool whip
1/4 crushed; vanilla wafers or any type cookies
1 sliced toasted almonds or toasted coconut
Directions: In a bowl, combine ice cream, chocolate chips and extract; fold in Cool Whip.Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins.Sprinkle each with cookie crumbs and almonds or toasted coconut.Freeze. Yield: 12 servings
