In a medium size saucepan combine sugar substitute (SEE NOTE) and
cornstarch, stir together milk, water and egg sustitute. Bring to a rolling

3. Cover with dry yellow cake mix and almonds.
4. Pour butter over top.
5. Bake until apples are tender and top is golden, about 30 minutes.

1. Mix together flour, butter and pecans.
2. Pat into 9x13 pan.

Mix a yellow cake mix as directed on package.

Dice 4 cups rhubarb and mix with 1.5 cups sugar. Sprinkle over the cake batter. Press the rhubarb lightly into the batter.

and sour cream into strawberry mixture. Add salt and mix gently. Place in
a covered container and store in refrigerator overnight. To serve, spoon
into individual serv A quick dessert Add sugar and nutmeg to applesauce. Put applesauce on toast, about 3
tablespoons on each piece of toast. Lay a slice of cheese over the sauce.
Bake in a moderate oven until thecheese melts. Serve hot.
Lemon angel dessert Dissolve gelatine in cold water. In a double boiler, combine lemon juice,
3/4 cup of the sugar, and egg yolks. Cook mixture until thickened, then
add gelatine. Stiffly beat egg whites, gradually adding remaining 3/4 cup
sugar. Fold into lemon mixt Almond pistachio dessert Place the butter in a medium saucepan, preferably nonstick. Melt the
butter, stirring well. Add the ground almonds, cream, and sugar to the
pan, stirring to combine. Reduce the heat and stir constantly for 10-12
minutes, scraping the bottom of the Peppermint dessert Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Spread half of the crumb
mixture in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread over the layer of crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours b Rice dessert with fruit or berry jam (hrisgrjonaabaetir) Heat milk. Add washed rice. Cook until rice is soft, about 1/2 hour.
Add salt, butter, almonds and sugar. Cool. Beat cream stiff and add
the 2 T sugar. Fold into the rice mixture. Serve in a glass bowl.
