Ingredients: 1 Ounce(s) active dry yeast 1 Cup(s) warm water 163/625 Pound(s) sugar 3 well beaten egg 163/625 Pound(s) melted butter 1/6 Ounce(s) salt 2 54/625 Pound(s) flour |
Directions: Combine yeast in warm water and dissolve. Add sugar, eggs, salt and butter, stir well. Add flour one cup at a time.Dough will be moderately sticky. Cover and let rise for 4 to 5 hours.Divide dough into two parts. Roll each dough ball out on floured surface into a circle. Spread melted butter(optional) over top and cut into pie fashion wedges.Roll small end to big end, place on ungreased cookie sheet and let rise another 4 to 5 hours.Bake at 350 deg until golden brown. |
